COVID-19 DELAYS for the Goods. 

Priority Mail's two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively. Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking. First-Class Package Service (FCPS) two and three day service commitments will also be extended to three and four days respectively. production timeline has been extended to 7 - 10+ business days on most products. Some products are further delayed noted on the individual product page. Bulk orders of $200+ are now 10-14+ business days. 

The day an order is placed is day 0. The next business day is day 1 of the SLA. 

Express Production is now 2-3 business days.

International Shipment Restrictions - Do NOT place orders shipping to the following locations:

If you elect to ship to a country that is listed on the USPS suspension list the order will ship but will be held by the postal carrier for an undetermined amount of time. Use caution. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Shipping + Delivery

All items are shipped via US Postal Service, DHL, or FedEx and/or its affiliates. Burlee Joe Coffee reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth below. Shipping times on wholesale items and the “ship date” are determined by the nature of the product. Most items will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 2-4 business days. The day an order is placed is day 0. The next business day is day 1 of the SLA. During the holiday season (Nov 19 – Dec 31st) production timelines are extended. Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-5 business days of ship date  Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Burlee Joe Coffee has no control over shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail or phone. *If you are ordering in bulk, your items may ship in multiple boxes. Shipping destinations: United States. Return Policy

Damaged during shipping:

 If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.

Completed orders:

Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled for any reason. If you have any question about product returns, discrepancies, back-ordered items or anything else, please contact us. 

All return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item is being returned because of a manufacturer’s defect. Reshipment fees apply to all returned packages due to an undeliverable address. Credit for shipping charges will be given at the end of the refund process.We will refund GROUND SHIPPING charges on returns for defects. ANY OTHER METHOD OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL NOT BE GRANTED.

Replacements:

If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design unless it is determined by the company that a change would be beneficial.

  

Product Warranty:

Burlee Joe Coffee will warrant manufacturer defects for items returned for replacement or repair within 7 days of product delivery date. Items that are defective may only be replaced with the same product and design. Sometimes there will be variations in shape, color, and size of personalized products. Burlee Joe Coffee makes no warranty or representation as to the fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, craftsmanship or any other warranty or guarantees concerning products or services purchased from or through Burlee Joe Coffee. Items will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged if it is determined that the product is damaged by common discoloring or normal wear. Burlee Joe Coffee reserves the right to examine each item that is being returned. 

Bulk Orders: 

Orders over $200 are considered bulk orders. Special bulk order packaging may be required to ensure the safe delivery of your items. Deluxe and individual product packaging - gift boxes, cello, ribbon, and solo product packaging and labels are not included in bulk orders.
